Each session is tailored to what your body needs that day—whether that’s specific, focused work or a full-body reset. Daryen blends deep tissue, sports recovery, and structural techniques to relieve tension, restore function, and support long-term balance.

Expect grounded, intentional work that’s responsive to your body. Daryen takes the time to listen—to your goals, your feedback, and how your body responds—so no session feels routine or rushed.

Add-ons like cupping, hot stones, and fascia scraping are available at no extra charge and can be included based on your needs.

Rates

60-Minute Session: $95

90-Minute Session: $135

Add-ons (hot stones, cupping, fascia scraping) are included at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

To maintain a smooth schedule, we require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice for any cancelations or appointment changes.

Cancelations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
